This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for generating sales from both new and current customers within the Healthcare Sales sector.
• Tasked with ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.
• Maintains engagement with customers at various levels, concentrating on new business expansion.
• Collaborates with senior management and Business Units to identify target customers, formulate strategic plans, and enhance customer interactions.
• Focus will be distributed between Diagnostic and Medical Device clients.
• Utilize expertise and insights in healthcare manufacturing solutions to promote both organic and virtual solutions.
• Define, develop, and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the corporate sales strategic direction.
• Build trust with customers or potential clients.
• Comprehend the Jabil selling process: Prospecting; Preapproach-planning the sale; Approach; Need Assessment; Presentation; Meeting Objections; Gaining commitment; and Follow-up.
• Qualify new potential customers with support from senior management.
• Gain an understanding of the work cell and business unit strategies as they relate to sales.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Operations, Business Unit, and Engineering to formulate impactful growth solutions.
• Develop customer/product penetration strategies for both new and existing accounts based on product lifecycle evaluations.
• Interpret and convey customer requirements to facilitate the development of services and operational capabilities to support new clients and business opportunities.
• Advocate for Jabil’s capabilities, footprint, and services.
• Lead commercial negotiations with new customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience with Jabil, OEM, or comparable contract manufacturing preferred, or a combination of education, experience, and/or training.
• Expertise in healthcare contract manufacturing and/or OEM relevant to increasing sales.
• Proven track record of sales growth and utilizing customer connections effectively.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and discuss technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Capable of effectively presenting information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to engage at multiple levels within an account and establish or leverage long-term relationships.
• Act in the best interest of both the client and the company to deliver sustainable and credible solutions.
• Competence in understanding and negotiating from a Profit and Loss perspective.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Proficient in managing business analytics to identify the best solutions.
• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.
• Proficiency in using personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and email skills required.
