This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise all operations of the Enterprise Account Executive Team
• Lead and manage all facets of team revenue enhancement
• Work in close partnership with Marketing to ensure cohesive strategies
• Develop and implement a strategic plan aimed at surpassing sales goals
• Continuously motivate, coach, and inspire team members
• Identify performance deficiencies and take corrective measures
• Recruit, hire, and effectively onboard new sales personnel
• Organize and conduct comprehensive training for new team members
• Prepare, review, and validate the accuracy of all periodic reports
• Act as the primary point of escalation for all team-related concerns
• Continuously assess and enhance sales methodologies
• Ensure the effective utilization of sales tools and CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Over 3 years of experience as a successful Sales Leader in a rapidly growing organization
• More than 5 years of experience selling SaaS solutions with a similar deal size to Enterprise (250k+ population & state agencies), preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in similar positions
• Exceptional skills in team building
• Strong presentation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings
• Highly organized with excellent prioritization and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and cultivate high-performing sales teams
• Experience in scaling teams, processes, and infrastructure to align with growth
• Familiarity with the specific procurement processes, compliance requirements, and sales cycles related to the Government sector, preferred.
