This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Concentrate on sales opportunities related to data.
• Build and oversee a growing portfolio of business within the designated region.
• Foster business and technical relationships while closing deals swiftly.
• Cultivate strong business and technical connections by understanding customers' missions and environments.
• Propel revenue growth and enhance market share in the assigned territory.
• Design and implement a comprehensive account and territory strategy.
• Create and communicate persuasive value propositions surrounding Ookla's data services.
• Accelerate customer adoption and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Lead contract negotiations effectively.
• Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction by engaging in moderate travel for face-to-face meetings.
• Promote product innovation through a deep understanding of customer and industry trends.
• 5-10 years of experience in enterprise-level technology sales or business development.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• A background in selling emerging products/services to new markets is highly preferred.
• Understanding of internet, cellular, and broadband technology and infrastructure.
• Self-driven individual with a proven history of urgency and follow-through.
• Proven success in surpassing sales targets through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Ookla’s product suite, including licensing, data, awards, and advertising products, or equivalent experience with similar offerings.
• Willingness to travel regularly to engage with potential and current clients, as well as to participate in Ookla corporate events.
• Global business experience is advantageous, particularly in identifying and developing new markets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master’s degree or international business education is a plus.
