This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify, pursue, and cultivate new revenue streams within the Critical Power/UPS sector.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with potential clients, industry allies, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from initial outreach through proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to devise pricing strategies, service solutions, and tailored customer proposals.
• Supervise the preparation and submission of RFP responses, quotes, presentations, bids, and marketing materials.
• Analyze customer needs and align Pearce's services and capabilities to fulfill operational and technical requirements.
• Assess and relay contractual, technical, and commercial needs internally to bolster successful bidding strategies.
• Deliver compelling customer presentations and articulate Pearce’s value proposition effectively to senior-level audiences.
• Assist in the formulation of strategic sales plans aimed at expanding market presence and enhancing customer base growth.
• Engage in industry conferences, networking events, and customer-facing activities to promote Pearce services and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate across functions with operations, finance, leadership, and subject matter experts to ensure successful solution development and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities within the Critical Power/UPS domain.
• Over 5 years of proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in Critical Power, UPS, electrical infrastructure, telecom, HVAC, generator services, or related technical fields.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase revenue, and close intricate sales opportunities.
• Experience in crafting and presenting customer proposals, RFP responses, quotes, and sales presentations.
• Strong proficiency in clearly and effectively communicating company value propositions through written, verbal, and presentation methods.
• Proven success in cross-functional and multi-division environments while collaborating with executives, operations teams, finance, and technical experts.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the capability to guide customer discussions through to contract completion.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and convert them into strategic service offerings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-driven, engaging, and proactive professional with strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while collaborating across various time zones.
• Experience in participating in industry events, networking, and customer engagement activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, proposal development tools, and sales reporting platforms is preferred.
