This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accountable for driving premium growth for the CFSL team at a regional level.
• Create and take responsibility for meeting annual and long-term business objectives.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of CFSL's ESL products and services and effectively communicate them.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of current CFSL producers.
• Ensure that new production sources are in line with the company’s strategic goals.
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the performance of underperforming producers.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication and ensure workflow alignment across teams.
• Assess customer needs and collaborate to craft innovative solutions.
• Design and roll out sales strategies aimed at developing new production sources.
• Represent C&F at various industry events.
• Foster and sustain positive, collaborative relationships within the organization.
• Provide insights and leverage reporting and forecasting tools for all quoted business.
• Engage in strategic discussions and initiatives to ensure alignment with MBU/A&H objectives.
• Manage expenses within the allocated budget.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Relevant industry designations in the area of specialization are advantageous.
• Over 10 years of pertinent work experience in underwriting and/or sales.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Connexure is a plus.
• Travel is a requirement for this position.
