This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Acquire and expand our business and market presence with leading Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, and GSIs in Türkiye.
• Responsible for acquiring, managing, and nurturing a new customer portfolio while generating additional revenue.
• Tasked with influencing clients, driving sales strategies, and directing projects towards the optimal Supermicro solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Propel sales initiatives, market strategies, and customer engagements by showcasing Supermicro's comprehensive solution stacks and products.
• Lead and guide a matrixed team within the region.
• Travel across Türkiye as necessary.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles and responsibilities.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring, engaging, and influencing C-Level and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of AI, computing, workloads, server, storage, management solutions, cloud data centers, and enterprise IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing RFP responses and developing successful strategies.
• Knowledge of customer sales motions and business dynamics (Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs, and GSIs).
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficient in Turkish and English (both written and spoken), with additional languages being a plus.
