This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establishing, nurturing, and enhancing Solace’s relationships with clients.
• Identifying fresh business opportunities to expand with both new and existing clients.
• Leading the sales process from inception to completion.
• Developing and implementing territory and account strategies that meet both short-term and strategic objectives.
• Building a sales pipeline, achieving revenue goals, maintaining profit margins, and improving client satisfaction.
• Functioning independently as a self-motivated individual while effectively collaborating with pre-sales engineers and other team members.
• Demonstrated ability to close large, intricate deals.
• Proven experience in selling middleware products, solutions, and services.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect with clients.
• Capability to assemble a team and lead complex negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Over 5 years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT sector.
• Established record of sales success in other IT companies.
• Knowledgeable in the MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (2-3 days a week).
• Ability to work without requiring sponsorship.
