This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture Solace’s relationships with clients.
• Discover new business opportunities to expand with both new and existing clients, leading the sales process from initiation to completion.
• Create and implement territory and account plans that align with both short-term and strategic objectives, including pipeline development, revenue generation, profit margins, client wallet share, and customer satisfaction.
• Function as a “hunter” and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Be an effective team player — able to collaborate broadly and forge strong relationships with pre-sales engineers and other team members.
• Ultimately responsible for acquiring new business, while fostering robust client relationships at both operational and executive levels, negotiating complex agreements, and establishing enduring client partnerships.
• Experience in consultative selling.
• Ability to cultivate strong executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success in closing large, intricate deals.
• Proven history in selling middleware products, solutions, and services.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage with clients.
• Capability to assemble a team and lead complex negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience managing client relationships in the Enterprise IT sector.
• Established track record of sales success in other IT organizations.
• Familiarity with the MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodology.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (2-3 days per week).
• Ability to work without the need for sponsorship.
