• Travel frequently for visits to OEM Customers, Dealers, and Trade Shows.
• Build and sustain robust customer relationships.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
• Over 8 years of preferred outside sales experience in the automotive sector, focusing on customer or client relationship management.
• A demonstrated history of successful sales leadership within the automotive industry.
• Strong grasp of engineering principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker capable of converting market insights into effective sales strategies.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Software, ERP Software, Concur, or similar expense management systems.
