This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Quavo Fraud & Disputes is in search of a motivated, strategic, and values-driven Sales Director to oversee our Tier 2 Account Executive team and the Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization, focusing on community banks, regional banks, and credit unions.
• Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this leader plays a vital role in bridging company strategy with field performance — managing and mentoring a team of AEs while actively engaging in significant deals.
• This role is a hands-on leadership position central to Quavo’s growth strategy.
• The Sales Director will manage both the Tier 2 AE team and the SDR organization — responsible for generating top-of-funnel pipeline through SDR activities, overseeing full-cycle pipeline creation and booking targets for the Tier 2 FI segment, enforcing a disciplined sales methodology across both teams, and acting as Quavo’s credible representative with senior decision-makers at financial institutions.
• As Quavo continues to expand, this role is structured for growth — incorporating additional direct reports (expanded AE territories or other go-to-market functions) as the organization develops.
• A minimum of 7 years in B2B sales, including at least 3 years in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Proven success in selling technology or SaaS-based solutions to banks, credit unions, or financial institutions — direct experience in the Tier 2 FI segment (community banks, regional banks, credit unions) is highly preferred.
• A background in fraud, disputes, payments, or related financial operations solutions (e.g., chargeback management, core banking, card processing) is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing quotas as both an individual contributor and a sales manager.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing AE talent in a high-growth SaaS or fintech setting.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar).
• Proficiency with the go-to-market tech stack — CRM (Salesforce), conversational intelligence, sequencing platforms, and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and executive presence; capable of representing Quavo credibly with C-suite and senior operational leaders at financial institutions.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–50% for customer engagements, team coverage, and industry events.
• Competitive salary
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
• Professional development opportunities
