This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take charge of the entire revenue generation process for Digital Incentives, In-Store Media, and DGMN Collaboration by developing and converting a proactive, data-driven pipeline.
• Utilize Analytics support to identify opportunities using Neptune Advanced Analytics tools and 1010 POS data, transforming insights into actionable selling strategies and precise forecasting for DI and ISM solutions.
• Drive whitespace growth by aligning with key retailer initiatives and Neptune’s commercial goals—boosting incremental revenue through enhanced shopper engagement, increased trip frequency, larger basket sizes, and expansion into underrepresented categories, brands, and manufacturer relationships.
• Advocate for a data-centric, consultative approach that effectively illustrates how Digital Incentives and In-Store Media contribute to incremental outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with DGMN Sales colleagues to create and commercialize integrated marketing programs that link digital media, in-store activation, and incentives—supported by closed-loop measurement to validate performance and scale investment.
• Demonstrated experience as a quota-carrying senior seller (preferably in CPG, retail media, or shopper marketing).
• Proven success in pipeline generation and deal closure.
• Expertise in selling with data – adopting a challenger seller mentality.
• Proficient in selling complex, multi-product solutions.
• Possess a senior presence with the capacity to influence brand and agency stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, competitive, and focused on achieving results.
• Conduct multiple in-person sales calls monthly to drive new business outcomes.
