• Generate and enhance revenue within a designated region or specific accounts.
• Create business opportunities through professional networking and proactive cold-calling.
• Promote brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation through networking, associations, and more.
• Achieve and surpass all quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Formulate a business plan and present it during quarterly review meetings.
• Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using our internal forecasting system (SFDC).
• Independently generate leads through personal connections, referral partners, and regional networking events.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention throughout the Implementation and Support phase.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in outside enterprise Contact Center software or CRM sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in selling to C-level executives.
• Demonstrated history of sales excellence.
• A proven track record as a sales hunter and closer.
• Exceptional professional presence and business acumen.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
