This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +4 more states.
• Oversees all sales operations for designated accounts to meet or surpass booking and margin targets.
• Aggressively pursues new business revenue while maintaining strong profitability.
• Collaborates effectively with Client Success and Solutions Partners to secure and finalize business deals.
• Delivers timely and precise forecasts of sales volume on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Contributes to the creation of the strategic plan and annual budget by offering sales projections and future insights.
• Prepares prompt sales reports, market analysis reports, program updates, account strategy plans, and weekly reports; ensures accurate and timely documentation of activities and notes in Salesforce.
• Keeps senior management informed promptly about market trends, account challenges, and business risks and opportunities that could significantly affect the company's performance.
• Suggests improvements for sales processes and procedures.
• Conducts bi-weekly POD meetings with team members, Sales Support staff, and Solutions Experts to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
• May assist with team calls or stand-up meetings.
• Utilizes industry events, networking opportunities, associations, and tradeshows to cultivate relationships and promote Experity's complete product offerings.
• Employs social selling strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in Healthcare SaaS sales.
• Capability to think quickly: analyze and resolve problems of varying complexity.
• Proficiency in building and sustaining collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
• Experience using systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, Sales Forecasting).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in selling Revenue Cycle and/or PM/EMR products and services.
• Willingness to travel as required.
