This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team focused on new business across Southern Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Take charge of all regional sales initiatives, encompassing pipeline management, forecasting, and execution of go-to-market strategies.
• Formulate and implement regional growth strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and enhancing partner relationships.
• Regularly assess sales performance and introduce clear, actionable improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Channel, and Customer Success teams to foster regional success.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
• Ensure the team is fully equipped with knowledge about Arctic Wolf solutions, value proposition, and competitive landscape.
• Represent Arctic Wolf at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Demonstrated experience in leading SaaS sales teams, preferably within the mid-market or commercial segment.
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with several years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven success in establishing new regions, scaling teams, and thriving in high-growth environments.
• Data-driven sales management experience, including proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and/or enterprise software.
• Excellent communication, coaching, team development, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A strong ownership mindset, high motivation, and a passion for growth.
