This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead and support a team of 3–5 appointment setters.
• Conduct daily standup meetings to align on priorities, objectives, and performance expectations.
• Review calls to ensure quality of communication, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inboxes, Slack messages, and calendars to ensure organization and prompt follow-up.
• Provide continuous feedback, assistance, and growth opportunities for team members.
• Maintain high appointment conversion rates and consistency in follow-ups across the team.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as speed-to-lead, appointments scheduled, and follow-up effectiveness.
• Create and sustain sales performance reports for leadership review.
• Mentor team members on effective sales communication, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, team leadership, or similar positions.
• Proven experience in managing appointment-setting teams and enhancing sales performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably GHL.
• Knowledge of communication and workflow tools such as Slack, email, and calendar management systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
• Proficient analytical and reporting skills related to sales performance metrics.
• Process-driven mindset with excellent operational follow-through.
