• Collaborate with Patcraft Account Executives to enhance sales strategies.
• Engage with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
• Offer Salesforce training to new Account Executives.
• Create detailed reports.
• Diagnose and resolve issues within the CSI system.
• Oversee email accounts and keep track of Salesforce notifications.
• Work with Connect/Inform to develop marketing newsletters.
• Support Account Executives in identifying potential business opportunities.
• Record customer insights for the sales team.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support.
• Ability to support up to 20 account executives simultaneously.
• Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).
• Familiarity with data/reporting tools (exposure to Excel, Tableau).
