This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Collaborate with Patcraft Account Executives to enhance sales strategies.
⢠Engage with key stakeholders within targeted accounts.
⢠Offer Salesforce training to new Account Executives.
⢠Create detailed reports.
⢠Diagnose and resolve issues within the CSI system.
⢠Oversee email accounts and keep track of Salesforce notifications.
⢠Work with Connect/Inform to develop marketing newsletters.
⢠Support Account Executives in identifying potential business opportunities.
⢠Record customer insights for the sales team.
⢠High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
⢠Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support.
⢠Ability to support up to 20 account executives simultaneously.
⢠Must reside in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
⢠Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is preferred).
⢠Familiarity with data/reporting tools (exposure to Excel, Tableau).
