This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• The objective of the position is to plan and implement sales campaigns in a structured, targeted, and successful manner to acquire new customer contacts.
• Identify relevant target groups, develop suitable sales strategies, and manage the approach to potential new clients through appropriate channels.
• Assume a central role in the preparation and execution of acquisition and sales campaigns, as well as professionally following up on contacts and qualifying leads for the sales process.
• Coordinate and manage the creation of appropriate marketing and sales materials.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, or other suitable communication channels.
• Completed commercial training or a degree in business, marketing, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales, new customer acquisition, campaign management, or lead generation.
• Enjoyment in actively engaging with customers and a convincing, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, persistence, and a good sense for different target groups.
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style.
• Organizational talent along with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and contacts simultaneously.
• Proficient in common MS Office applications.
• Analytical understanding for evaluating target groups, sales channels, and campaign results.
• Excellent German language skills in both spoken and written form; good English skills are a plus.
• Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for sales topics.
• Experience in telephone cold calling or B2B sales is advantageous.
• Nice to have: experience in the wind energy sector.
• Proficient use of ERP/CRM systems.
