β€’ This position is dedicated to generating qualified leads, engaging with corporate decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for senior sales executives in the environmental and sustainability services sector.

β€’ Key Responsibilities

β€’ - Perform outbound prospecting to create new business opportunities within environmental services.

β€’ - Identify and connect with decision-makers in operations, facilities, sustainability, and procurement roles.

β€’ - Educate potential clients on environmental compliance, waste reduction, and sustainability solutions.

β€’ - Arrange qualified meetings for senior sales executives.

β€’ - Utilize cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn to develop a robust pipeline.

β€’ - Keep CRM systems updated with precise lead and activity information.

β€’ - Investigate target industries such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, and corporate enterprises.

β€’ - Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, lead conversion, and meetings scheduled.

β€’ - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ - Demonstrated experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position.

β€’ - Strong background in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach).

β€’ - Exceptional communication and objection-handling abilities.

β€’ - Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

β€’ - Capability to engage professional stakeholders in mid-to-enterprise organizations.

β€’ - Highly organized and driven by targets.

β€’ - A keen interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental solutions is a significant advantage.

β€’ Preferred Experience

β€’ - Background in selling B2B services such as utilities, logistics, compliance, or industrial services.

β€’ - Knowledge of ESG reporting, sustainability consulting, or waste management sectors.

β€’ - Experience collaborating with UK, EU, or US corporate clients.
