This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Engage with partners to create impactful pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with the partner ecosystem to transform high-quality leads into pipeline prospects.
• Implement sales enablement training programs along with product launch presentations.
• Act as extended technical consultants to support partner sales teams.
• Identify 'sales-ready' prospects while being responsible for cross-selling and up-selling during the tele-qualification process.
• Deliver well-prepared sales messaging regarding Shure products and solutions.
• Communicate potential growth opportunities with business leaders.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant professional field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a sales account professional.
• In-depth technical understanding of audio principles and products.
• Experience in the Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production markets.
• Capability to build effective internal and external working relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, professional, ambitious, organized, with strong time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM-related applications and marketing automation tools.
• Must reside in the region.
• Expected to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Ability to stay updated on Shure products, technology, market trends, and their practical applications, as well as competitive products.
