This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Take ownership of the activation and recovery processes for trial, dormant, and churned users.
β’ Assess and direct incoming inbound and marketing leads.
β’ Execute focused outbound campaigns.
β’ Create and conduct your own experiments.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth, customer success, or sales.
β’ Proficient analytical skills to interpret funnel data.
β’ Excellent communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools; experience with low-code automation is a plus.
β’ Well-organized to effectively manage pipeline and CRM.
