This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing guidance to customers on possible solutions, delivering continuous support, and fostering strong relationships by offering exceptional customer service.

• Developing outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries.

• Identifying, prospecting, and reaching out to new leads through both inbound and outbound channels, and following up via email, phone, and other communication methods.

• Conducting A/B tests on various approaches to enhance outcomes and boost conversion rates.

• Performing online demonstrations of our platforms to highlight the benefits and features of our products.

• Crafting and negotiating offers to finalize agreements with prospective customers.

• Upselling to existing customers by recognizing additional value and benefits.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, with a demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing targets.

• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Adept at identifying and addressing customer challenges and providing effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing a range of technology platforms and tools.

• Effective time management skills: Capable of managing workload efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

• Positive mindset: Able to collaborate well within a team, adapt to changes, and perform under pressure.

• Enjoyment in delivering online demonstrations.

• Experience in collaborating with diverse companies and sectors.
