This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Gain insights into Roofr, our market, competitors, and unique value proposition.
• Carry out a significant volume of daily tasks (Calls, emails, social selling, etc.).
• Engage with and qualify incoming leads.
• Develop and nurture relationships with various levels of buyers.
• Comprehend the needs of prospects and effectively convey how Roofr can assist them.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified sales opportunities smoothly.
• Record critical details such as use cases, purchasing timelines, and subsequent steps.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to high customer satisfaction levels.
• Provide precise and detailed pipeline forecasts while maintaining data cleanliness.
• As part of a startup team, contribute to defining and refining sales processes, strategies, and tactics, while assisting customers in navigating our tools effortlessly.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Spanish.
• Availability to work according to a PST schedule (residing within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, quick learner, and capable of thinking on your feet.
• Strong interpersonal abilities along with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to accept feedback, adapt, and manage objections effectively.
• Comfortable with phone communications, possess strong email writing skills, and willing to manage objections.
• Identify potential opportunities through conversations and scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
• Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Aircall, Intercom, or their equivalents.
• Experience in roofing and/or construction is an advantage.
