This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assists in managing crucial national and regional accounts
• Creates and implements a forward-thinking business strategy
• Acquires an in-depth understanding of dealer programs
• Recognizes areas that need attention and areas of success, offering strategic action plans
• Collaborates closely with the Regional Marketing and Market Development teams
• Oversees reporting, new item setup, and administrative tasks related to account management
• Tracks territory profit margins
• Designs and executes a comprehensive schedule for sales meetings, promotional and product planning, trade shows, clinics, business meetings, and cross-functional collaborations
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related professional field
• 0-2 years of experience in a sales account role, beyond entry level
• Strong technical knowledge of audio principles and products
• Experience in the Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production is advantageous
• Exhibits sound judgment
• Capable of establishing productive internal and external working relationships
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Competent in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, professional, driven, well-organized, with excellent time management skills
• Positive mindset, team player, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as collaboratively to accomplish objectives
• Familiarity with CRM-related applications and marketing automation tools
• Must be open to being located in the designated region or at a Shure partner location
• Willingness to travel 50% or more
• Capable of staying up-to-date on Shure products, technology, market trends, their practical applications, and competitive offerings
