This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.
• Create new business opportunities for Recruitment and HR Outsourcing services.
• Identify and connect with potential clients across various sectors.
• Perform outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and networking events.
• Organize meetings with key decision-makers and showcase Taj HR's service offerings.
• Comprehend client hiring and HR operational requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Draft proposals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Meet monthly sales objectives and contribute to the company's growth.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in lead generation and outbound sales.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on reaching targets.
