• Qualify inbound leads by engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and evaluating their readiness for sales across various channels.

• Implement focused outbound campaigns that target key segments through a combination of email, phone, and digital outreach.

• Ensure the seamless transfer of qualified opportunities by collecting and recording essential insights about prospects.

• Monitor precise tracking of lead activities, engagement, and advancement within CRM systems such as Salesforce.

• Facilitate prompt follow-up on marketing-generated leads in accordance with qualification criteria and service level agreements.

• Offer constructive feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding campaign performance, buyer challenges, and market trends.

• Achieve established performance metrics, including qualification volume, conversion rates, and contributions to the sales pipeline.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of GE HealthCare products, the competitive landscape, and current industry trends.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Initial career experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer engagement, preferably within the healthcare sector or a similar field.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities across phone, email, and digital platforms.

• Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Genesys.

• Self-motivated with the capability to prioritize tasks, execute effectively, and collaborate in a results-oriented environment.

• Experience in supporting sales organizations in the healthcare or medical technology sectors.

• Familiarity with both inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.

• Knowledge of sales enablement and automation technologies.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
