Sales Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Acquire new clients and cultivate business opportunities with smaller and medium-sized existing customers.

• Discover new sales prospects through networking, prospecting, and conducting market research.

• Utilize technology and internal information systems to make informed, data-driven decisions in prospecting.

• Build and sustain a pipeline of new business opportunities.

• Initiate contact with leads proactively through calls.

• Work in conjunction with the digital marketing engagement team to enhance digital marketing efforts.

• Design and present compelling customer presentations and proposals.

• Clearly communicate the impact of products and solutions on customers’ operations.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, which includes forecasting and tracking performance metrics.

• Ensure that Essity meets its commitments and fulfills customer expectations once an opportunity is secured.

• Monitor opportunities through fulfillment and bring attention to any challenges that arise.
