Sales Development Representative – xDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Drive pipeline expansion through a high volume of cold calls, emails, and outreach on LinkedIn.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings that convert into opportunities.

• Attend prospect meetings, document notes, and follow up on next steps.

• Develop and prioritize contact lists using strategic account mapping.

• Engage with executives in professional, high-level discussions.

• Monitor daily KPIs and maintain **4+ hours/day** of outbound activity utilizing AI-driven outreach tools.

• Consistently meet monthly targets for meetings and qualified opportunities.

• Provide feedback to the Enablement and Program Management teams to enhance messaging and campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as an SDR or in B2B prospecting is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in processes or priorities as needed.

• Highly results-driven and consistently motivated.

• Proven history of achieving strong results under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or another CRM is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills — professional, clear, and persuasive, both verbally and in writing.

• Positive, proactive, and resilient — a team player who addresses challenges and takes initiative without needing direction.
