This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Proactively generate leads for sales.
• Identify opportunities by comprehensively understanding customer needs and processes.

• Educate and inform Syncron executives about potential opportunities within the region.
• Communicate Syncron's value proposition effectively via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve lead generation efforts.
• Formulate sales strategies based on extensive research and analysis.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in enterprise software.
• Experience with SaaS solutions is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to attend conferences and executive events.
• Strong capabilities in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence in engaging with high-level executives.
• Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce.com.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
