This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify, research, and engage potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Organize and manage a structured pipeline of prospects within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.
• Perform market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs) for outreach, meetings, and generated opportunities.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably within the tech industry).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Highly driven, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
