This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Qualifying leads and overseeing outreach workflows to transform prospects into sales opportunities
• Engage with leads in a professional manner while upholding our brand’s voice
• Diligently follow up with qualified prospects until appointments are successfully arranged
• Take part in weekly sales audit meetings, contributing to team strategies
• Ensure all communications are consistent with Aventus’s tone of voice
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a comparable role (B2B or BPO experience is advantageous)
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills — capable of quickly establishing trust and clearly conveying value
• Proficient in CRM tools and adept at learning new systems and outreach platforms
• Driven by results, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to achieve and surpass your goals
