This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Perform outbound prospecting through outreach and cold calls to clients throughout North America
• Investigate target personas such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to establish a meaningful initial connection
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Consistently interact with prospects using CRM to build lasting relationships
• Provide insights that help shape our sales and marketing initiatives
• Keep precise activity logs and prospect information in HubSpot
• 1 – 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, specifically in North American markets
• Excellent business communication skills in English (C1+ level) – both verbal and written
• Proficient in handling objections, establishing rapport, and navigating gatekeepers
• Persistence, adaptability, and a strong desire for rapid growth
• Quick learning skills and familiarity with CRMs and sales tools
• Preferred: Previous experience in the SaaS sector
• Understanding of key players and market trends within the finance industry
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives
• Sales experience in biotech fundraising and licensing, mid-market advisories, and vault
