Sales Development Representative, US Staffing Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound prospecting to companies in the US through cold calls, emails, and outreach via LinkedIn.

• Identify organizations with current or upcoming hiring requirements in tech and professional sectors.

• Engage with HR executives, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients within the CRM.

• Research target accounts, hiring trends, and industry demands.

• Keep precise records of all outreach efforts and pipeline activities.

• Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to enhance messaging and targeting strategies.

• Consistently meet outreach and meeting-booking key performance indicators (KPIs).


⛳️ Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.

• Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in cold calling and outbound prospecting.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with decision-makers based in the US.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (US business communication preferred).

• Strong resilience, organizational skills, and a target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting aligned to US business hours.

• Dependable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

• Prior experience selling staffing or recruitment services to the US market is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.

• Experience in SaaS or B2B service-oriented sales environments.
