
Sales Development Representative β US Cold Calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to US businesses.
β’ Initiate conversations with cold prospects, manage objections, and secure meetings.
β’ Assess prospects based on target criteria and schedule qualified meetings in the calendar.
β’ Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn to convert interest into scheduled meetings.
β’ Accurately record every call outcome and prospect information in the CRM.
β’ Achieve daily and weekly activity and booked-meeting objectives.
β’ Demonstrated experience in cold calling within the US market β you have personally contacted US businesses and arranged meetings.
β’ A history of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets in a B2B outbound context.
β’ Proficient in spoken English with a confident phone presence that resonates during cold calls to US prospects.
β’ Resilient and consistent β you can maintain a high call volume daily and effectively handle rejection.
β’ Willingness to work during US business hours / US time zones.
β’ Comfortable with a smaller base salary plus a high uncapped commission linked to booked meetings.
β’ Preferred: Experience as an outsourced or dedicated SDR for an agency or client accounts.
β’ Preferred: Experience in setting meetings for lead generation or marketing services.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with outbound tools β dialers, CRMs, and sequencers.
