This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee AI agent workflows: Monitor real-time candidate interactions, identify errors, and step in when human judgment is required.
• Manage critical moments: Engage with senior candidates, navigate complex objections, and negotiate compensation—situations where human expertise is paramount.
• Educate the agents: Assess agent outputs, categorize responses as effective or ineffective, and create examples that enhance our AI's intelligence.
• Ensure quality at scale: Evaluate candidate alignments, the quality of outreach, and conversion rates across thousands of weekly interactions.
• Finalize placements: Support candidates during the concluding stages, manage offers, and facilitate successful hiring processes.
• Develop the playbook: Document successful strategies, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist in optimizing collaboration between humans and AI agents.
• Driven: You are eager to exceed your targets and guide numerous candidates through our process.
• Excellent Communication and Sales abilities.
• Capability to effectively establish and nurture client relationships.
• Experience in formulating and executing lead generation strategies.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
• Proficient in English.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
