
Sales Development Representative – UK Cold Calling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Conduct a significant number of outbound cold calls daily to businesses in the UK.
• Initiate discussions with cold prospects, navigate objections, and secure meetings.
• Evaluate prospects against the designated criteria and schedule qualified meetings on the calendar.
• Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn to convert interest into confirmed meetings.
• Accurately document every call outcome and prospect information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly activity and booked-meeting objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling within the UK market — you have personally contacted UK businesses and successfully arranged meetings.
• A proven history of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets in a B2B outbound environment.
• Strong and clear spoken English with a telephone presence that is effective during cold calls to UK prospects.
• Resilience and consistency — you are capable of maintaining a high call volume day after day while managing rejection.
• Willingness to work during UK business hours and adapt to UK time zones.
• Comfortable with a smaller base salary combined with high uncapped commissions based on booked meetings.

• Experience as an outsourced or dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) for an agency or on client accounts.
• Experience in scheduling meetings for lead generation or marketing services.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as dialers, CRMs, and sequencing software.
