This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
⢠Identify and cultivate a consistent flow of leads to enhance our sales pipeline.
⢠Engage in creative and persistent outbound prospecting to discover new opportunities.
⢠Thoroughly analyze the needs of potential clients, ensuring alignment with Turpalās solutions.
⢠Foster connections with prospects via phone, email, social media, and other channels, maximizing the impact of each interaction.
⢠Become an authority on Turpalās innovative offerings, informing prospects about how we can revolutionize their business.
⢠Arrange impactful meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
⢠Collaborate closely with our Sales team to achieve and surpass targets and objectives.
⢠Partner with other teams to brainstorm and execute innovative strategies for lead generation and qualification.
⢠A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a similar position, with B2B experience in one or more of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service) for businesses (B2B experience is essential).
⢠Proven track record as a Cold Calling Champion is required.
⢠A Bachelorās degree is necessary; a Masterās degree is advantageous.
⢠Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems (such as Hubspot).
⢠Outstanding organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
⢠A startup-minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces change, and adapts swiftly.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Proficient to fluent in English and Turkish.
