This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• 60% Cold and warm calling: Engaging potential clients through phone outreach.
• 20% Contact strategy: Composing emails and following up with leads.
• 20% Data management: Professionally utilizing the CRM to keep your pipeline organized.
• Phase 1: You will undergo intensive training on our methodology, the B2B sector, CRM management (Pipedrive), and communication techniques.
• Phase 2: During the first month, we expect you to overcome any fear of making phone calls.
• Phase 3: Achieve a target of 10-15 leads per month (scheduled meetings).
• Phase 4: Deliver 5 leads weekly as required of our hired team. Result: If you maintain this pace, we will proceed directly to an employment contract!
• Internship agreement: You must be able to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution for the duration of 3 months.
• Resilience: Let the 'no' motivate you to achieve the next 'yes'.
• Ambition: A genuine desire to build a career in the commercial sector.
• Financial assistance: €600 gross/month for the 3-month internship.
• Schedule: 08:00 to 14:00 (leaves your afternoons free).
