This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate outbound calls to healthcare providers in underserved markets that are not managed by field-based Outreach Managers.
• Handle incoming inquiries from healthcare providers interested in utilizing Octave's services.
• Deliver virtual presentations that inform physicians and their staff about Octave's care model, outcomes data, and benefits for patients.
• Address objections and successfully persuade providers to designate Octave as their preferred behavioral health referral partner.
• Achieve assigned referral goals and perform necessary virtual sales activities to generate leads and conversions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Octave's services to effectively communicate our value proposition, including outcomes data, measurement-based care, in-network access, and patient experience.
• Collaborate with providers to identify their patient needs and align Octave's services accordingly.
• Collect provider feedback and relay insights to internal teams to enhance services and messaging.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and document all outreach in CRM, updating activities within 48 hours.
• Work alongside the marketing team to establish repeatable and scalable referral processes.
• Utilize AI tools as an integral part of daily operations (drafting, research, iteration) to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• 2-4 years of experience in behavioral health outreach, business development, or a healthcare-related sales or support role.
• Experience in engaging with healthcare providers or medical office personnel.
• Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline, meeting activity goals, and working within a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident presentation style in virtual settings.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and at ease in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong passion for behavioral health and a commitment to increasing access to quality care.
• Proficient in using AI tools in daily workflows, with a readiness to continuously evaluate and enhance work processes.
• A curious mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools and methods; previous experience with AI tools is advantageous.
• A solid understanding of the behavioral health landscape is preferred.
• Must be available to work core business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST on at least three weekdays (Monday through Friday), with some flexibility in scheduling.
