This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will identify prospective customers (B2B) and initiate contact with them through phone calls or digital platforms.
• You will engage in structured introductory conversations and assess leads based on specific criteria.
• You will utilize prepared call scripts and playbooks, while also contributing your own insights.
• You will accurately record your outcomes in the CRM system.
• You will collaborate closely with our project managers, providing valuable market feedback.
• You will engage in continuous personal development through coaching, feedback, and best practices shared within the community.
• Previous experience in sales or telephone outreach is beneficial but not mandatory.
• You are communicative, inquisitive, and comfortable reaching out to people proactively.
• You are dependable, independent, and organized in your work approach.
• You must have your own laptop along with a stable internet connection.
• Proficiency in German is required; English language skills are an advantage.
• You have a strong desire to develop within a sales community and grow collaboratively.
