Sales Development Representative – Tech Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and various sales channels.

• Identify and assess potential B2B clients within designated industries.

• Schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives and senior sales personnel.

• Accurately manage and update leads within CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.

• Conduct research on target accounts, key decision-makers, and market opportunities.

• Adhere to structured outreach sequences and sales processes.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead conversion strategies.

• Achieve and surpass monthly KPIs related to outreach efforts, meetings arranged, and pipeline development.

• Maintain professional communication with prospects across global markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B tech sales, SaaS sales, or software outbound prospecting.

• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Goal-oriented approach with a keen desire to advance in tech sales.

• Experience in selling SaaS, IT services, software platforms, or digital solutions is highly desirable.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience engaging with clients from the UK, US, or Australia.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or similar prospecting tools.

• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales setting.

• Understanding of contemporary B2B sales methodologies and pipeline management.
