This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate closely with the regional SDR teams to offer support, guidance, and mentorship, influencing through collaboration rather than direct management.
• Participate in the recruitment process for new team members when necessary.
• Deliver structured onboarding, coaching, and training for both new and existing team members across all regions, while developing and maintaining SDR playbooks for global consistency.
• Foster creativity and strategic thinking in outbound prospecting initiatives to generate leads.
• Share insights and best practices with the team to contribute to overall growth.
• Partner with the Growth Marketing Director in the UK to enhance process efficiency.
• Identify, assess, and pilot new technologies and processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison and collaborator among regional SDR teams, ensuring consistent messaging, approaches, and performance standards across various time zones and markets.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs that gauge both your performance and the overall health of the global SDR function, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, activity metrics, and team adherence to best practices.
• Utilize Salesforce effectively to guarantee accurate and relevant reporting.
• Engage in prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the Account Managers by reaching out to prospects via phone, email, social media, and events.
• Identify key decision-makers.
• Manage CRM data to ensure all communications are logged and current.
• Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, assist with content development, and suggest events and networking opportunities.
• Generate monthly reports for your manager to demonstrate your achievements.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership, mentorship, or senior SDR role.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, personalized outreach at scale.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A growth-oriented mindset, high resilience, and a genuine passion for sales development.
• Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.).
• Adaptability to evolving sales environments.
• Proactive and energetic approach.
• Solid understanding of marketing and sales functions and how this role contributes to overall success.
• Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Capability to lead, coach, and influence without direct management authority.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting sales data, generating reports, and deriving actionable insights.
