This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make around 45 outbound calls each day to schedule appointments for our Account Executives regarding pre-employment services;
• Execute approximately 45 outreach communications daily through social media and email to foster relationships for future sales;
• Arrange 8-10 appointments monthly for the Account Executives;
• Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, Vidyard, videos, text messaging, and phone calls to establish rapport for upcoming sales;
• Conduct research on prospective clients and engage in pre-call planning;
• Manage the pipeline using CRM Salesforce;
• Responsible for educating and nurturing prospects leading to a hand-off to the Account Executive team;
• Promote attendance for webinars and live seminars and schedule meetings for conferences;
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach;
• Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining precise activity and lead qualification details in the CRM application;
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• ***Lead Responsibility:***
• Conduct daily stand-ups with SDRs to set the agenda and provide team and company updates, training, etc.;
• Hold regular meetings with sales leadership to review the SDR team's successes and challenges;
• Provide coaching and support for the SDR Team to enhance performance;
• Ensure adherence to company policies and oversee daily activities and performance of the sales team;
• Ensure that SDRs effectively utilize sales technologies, including CRM and LinkedIn;
• Conduct Quality Assurance for outbound calls, discoveries, and demos;
• Address inquiries from agents and prospects as needed;
• Understand our ideal customers and their relationship to our products;
• Communicate monthly with the Sales Manager regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats concerning the SDR team;
• Achieve metrics adjusted for the position to allow time for managerial duties.
• Provide candid feedback;
• Foster a direct and positive relationship between the community and the company;

• Demonstrated success and experience in SMB B2B sales; experience in SaaS, HR Tech preferred;
• Proven experience and comprehensive knowledge of cold-call prospecting into SMB accounts and sales pipeline management;
• Experience in contacting company decision-makers such as C-Level Executives and VPs in Finance and HR;
• Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications; Salesforce experience required;
• Experience in coaching and supporting a sales team of SDRs and Account Executives in the Small and Medium Business market.
