
Sales Development Representative – Student Loan Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Outbound Student Engagement
• Reach out to students and alumni currently in loan default to discuss their account status and outline the next steps.
• Payment Recovery Outreach
• Conduct phone calls aimed at encouraging borrowers to resume payments or enter into approved repayment arrangements.
• Account Management
• Collaborate effectively with the default processing team to oversee, update, and track student loan accounts.
• Completion of any bachelor's degree or certificate program.
• Demonstrated experience in Education / Student Loan Services.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas while effectively managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).
• Strong skills in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
• Robust organizational and time management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with contemporary technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL).
• Familiarity with AirCall (Power Dialer).
• Proactive, confident, and attentive to details.
• Willingness to work during graveyard shifts.
