This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Utilize email and various channels to research, generate, and qualify sales leads and opportunities.

• Establish and continuously refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas, converting strategic targeting into actionable segmentation within our sales tools.

• Create targeted, high-quality prospect lists by leveraging data providers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced filtering criteria.

• Design and implement multi-channel sequences that integrate automated emails, LinkedIn outreach, and manual engagement methods like calls and personalized connection requests.

• Set up automated personalization workflows to produce tailored icebreakers, pain point messaging, and contextual content for each prospect.

• Configure adaptive sequence logic with conditional steps and exit triggers that intelligently respond to prospect engagement.

• Oversee the warm-up of email and LinkedIn accounts, monitor daily activity levels, and ensure that all outreach adheres to natural patterns.

• Track and report on key performance metrics across all channels, utilizing data to identify weaknesses and drive ongoing improvements.

• Conduct systematic A/B testing on subject lines, messaging angles, timing, and channel mix to optimize conversion rates.

• Establish feedback loops by analyzing replies and objections to refine AI prompts, playbooks, and targeting criteria.

• Ensure seamless CRM integration and data synchronization to maintain accurate records and visibility of the pipeline.

• Configure and train AI auto-responders to manage positive and negative replies, qualify leads, and automatically schedule meetings.

• Utilize applications across various verticals.

• Execute defined strategies by spearheading key demand generation initiatives.

• Adapt rapidly to related Lead Generation Tools.

• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports.

• Collaborate directly with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Directors.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in **outbound sales automation**, with a focus on building and managing automated outreach systems, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting.

• Strong familiarity with the modern sales stack, including CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms (Apollo.io, Outreach, Reply.io), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, 6sense).

• Proficient in connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Make to create complex multistep workflows.

• Comfortable working with LLMs and prompt engineering, capable of crafting instructions that generate personalized messaging while preserving Storyly's established tone and voice.

• Experienced in platform compliance, with a particular focus on LinkedIn automation safety limits and GDPR/CCPA regulations.

• Analytical mindset with a consistent habit of tracking KPIs (open rates, reply rates, conversion rates) and performing A/B tests to enhance performance.

• Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong copywriting instincts for cold outreach.

• Inquisitive about technology and the mobile ecosystem, keeping abreast of industry trends and technical terminology.

• Motivated by being part of a technology startup environment where you can take ownership of your domain and make a tangible impact.

• Knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals is a significant advantage, including domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up protocols, and inbox placement strategies.

• Exceptionally skilled with spreadsheets (MS Excel, Google Sheets) and using data to inform decisions.
