This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Generate a qualified pipeline through extensive outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with prospects in real-time, facilitate meaningful discovery conversations, and schedule meetings that lead to genuine opportunities.
• Confidently address objections and advance conversations without becoming flustered.
• Develop outreach strategies based on personas that enhance response and meeting rates over time.
• Document and analyze objections and market feedback, subsequently suggesting enhancements to scripts, hooks, and messaging.
• Maintain impeccable CRM practices, ensuring accurate notes, stages, follow-ups, and activity tracking.
• Follow up with discipline and urgency to sustain momentum and establish credibility with prospects.
• Collaborate with recruiting colleagues to align client requirements with available talent pipelines.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline development.
• **Must-Have:**
• Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Business Development Representative (BDR), recruiting, account executive, or staffing sales role with direct outbound prospecting responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume cold calling environment, where daily dialing is a fundamental expectation.
• Strong skills in live objection handling and the ability to maintain productive conversations under pressure.
• Proven track record in booking meetings and generating qualified B2B opportunities.
• Comfort engaging with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers.
• Exceptional spoken and written communication skills (clear, confident, and concise).
• Proficient in using a CRM and sales engagement/prospecting tools.
• Capability to work independently and maintain consistency in a fully remote environment.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services industries.
• Experience in selling recruitment services or staffing solutions.
• Familiarity with hiring workflows, workforce planning, and common hiring challenges.
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management and the discipline of the B2B sales process.
