This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conducting sales prospecting and generating leads.

• Engaging in cold outreach to potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, networking, and other channels.

• Performing industry research to identify target audiences for outreach and explore potential growth opportunities while crafting value propositions.

• Investigating companies and their representatives to pinpoint the most relevant targets and decision-makers.

• Advancing discussions to schedule product demo calls.

• Assisting Business Development Managers in re-engaging with identified targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation and cold sales as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative within B2B cloud, SaaS software, financial services, compliance, cryptocurrency, or RegTech sectors.

• Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation abilities; proficiency in IT terminology; and capability to comprehend technical information and product specifications.

• Proficient in both English and Spanish languages.

• Background in selling software solutions.

• Strong analytical skills in market research.

• Experienced user of LinkedIn, Crunchbase, email tracking tools, CRMs, etc.

• Familiarity with Salesloft or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Drive for top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.

• Responsible for updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account details in the CRM system.

• Consistently meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
