Sales Development Representative, Spanish & English – Roofing, Home Renovations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through a variety of channels to build a pipeline of leads.

• Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers, assessing the alignment of company products/services with their needs.

• Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings.

• Organize and maintain a CRM or contact list.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to synchronize lead generation initiatives with the overall sales strategy.

• Set sales objectives to boost revenue and report on the performance of the sales team.

• Develop, distribute, and gather customer surveys, compiling the findings into a datasheet or report.

• Perform general administrative duties.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.

• Conduct proactive lead follow-up through calls, SMS, and email using Go High Level.

• Arrange phone calls to finalize sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a certificate course.

• At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets while effectively managing customer relationships.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong abilities in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.

• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Robust interpersonal skills.

• Technologically proficient and familiar with contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.

• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Proactive and self-assured with a keen attention to detail.

• MANDATORY fluency in Spanish and English.
