Sales Development Representative – Spain, Italy Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify and target the ideal customer profile (ICP) companies in Spain and Italy.

• Implement outbound campaigns through:

• - Cold email

• - LinkedIn outreach

• - Cold calling

• Research and connect with decision-makers, including:

• - Marketing Directors

• - Digital Marketing Managers

• - CMOs

• - CEOs

• Assess leads based on business compatibility and potential opportunities.

• Schedule qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

• Ensure accurate records in the CRM system and maintain pipeline data.

• Experiment with and enhance messaging, outreach strategies, and cadences.

• Work closely with sales leadership to boost outbound performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must-Have:

• - Native or professional-level proficiency in Spanish and Italian.

• - Professional-level English skills.

• - Demonstrated experience as:

• - SDR

• - BDR

• - Outbound sales representative

• - Appointment setter

• - Strong background in outbound prospecting.

• - Familiarity with:

• - Cold email

• - LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• - Cold calling

• - KPI-driven approach.

• - Exceptional communication abilities.

• - High resilience and self-motivation.

• - Comfortable with fully remote work.

• Nice-to-Have:

• - Background in B2B marketing services, SaaS, or agency sales.

• - Knowledge of CRM platforms.

• - Experience with mid-market or enterprise companies.

• - Understanding of performance marketing.

• Success Metrics (KPIs):

• - Daily volume of outbound activities.

• - Meetings scheduled.

• - Attendance rates.

• - SQL generation.

• - Influenced pipeline.

• - Contribution to revenue.
