• Generate and Qualify Sales Pipeline
• Engage with potential clients through various outbound channels such as cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement tools
• Arrange and qualify meetings with prospective clients by identifying their business challenges and opportunities that align with Observe.AI’s solutions
• Conduct research on target accounts and prioritize outreach strategies based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alignment, buying signals, and market opportunities
• Consistently meet and surpass pipeline generation goals, including scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities
• Support Field and Event Marketing Initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance engagement before, during, and after events
• Utilize tools like Vendelux to identify targets and arrange meetings around conferences and industry events
• Participate in customer-focused dinners, roundtables, forums, and conferences
• Become an Expert in Product and Market
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Observe.AI’s AI platform and its unique position within the contact center and customer experience (CX) market
• Effectively convey value propositions to both technical and business audiences
• Provide market intelligence, including customer feedback, competitor activities, and emerging AI trends
• Leverage Modern Sales Technology
• Employ tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, and other prospecting platforms to enhance efficiency and pipeline visibility
• Ensure accurate tracking of activities, prospect data, and forecasting hygiene within Salesforce
• Collaborate Across Go-To-Market Teams
• Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging by providing frontline market feedback that can directly impact outreach strategies and the product roadmap evolution
• Partner with Account Executive teams to strategize outreach and ensure smooth transitions of opportunities.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles in high-growth or startup environments (internship experience is welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or IT fields preferred
• Strong interest in enterprise sales and AI technology
• Highly motivated by goals, performance metrics, and opportunities for career advancement
• A self-starter who is inquisitive, coachable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Persistent, organized, and diligent in following up; understanding that success in sales comes from consistent effort over time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
• Proficient in using modern AI and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance workflow and efficiency
• Naturally collaborative team player who enjoys sharing best practices and learning from peers
• Energetic and confident, able to engage prospects through high-volume dialing and other outbound activities; possessing a ‘smile and dial’ attitude, capable of overcoming objections smoothly and moving forward with ease
• Willing and able to travel approximately 20–30% of the time for customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and team collaboration opportunities.
