This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners to present solar solutions.
• Assess leads by evaluating property specifics, energy consumption, and interest levels.
• Arrange appointments for Solar Consultants/Closers.
• Address objections and inform prospects about the advantages of solar energy.
• Keep precise records in CRM systems (such as HubSpot and Salesforce).
• Achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators (calls, scheduled appointments, conversions).
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance outreach methods.
• Remain informed about trends in the solar industry and available products.
• Over 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Telemarketing, or B2C Sales (experience in solar is a significant plus).
• Demonstrated experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities in English.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, target-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• Preferred: Background in solar, renewable energy, or home improvement sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales or appointment-setting benchmarks.
